Sole Proprietor “GEORGI PETROV – KAMEN“ starts in 1991 as a family owned Dairying Company. The owners input efforts for its successful functioning and development. The dairy plant is situated on a 15 decare site in the village of Dyankovo (dist. Razgrad). In 2008 the dairy plant passed a process of reconstruction and modernization of the equipment, in accordance with national and European legislation for dairy product companies. The dairy plant has a capacity of processing 20t milk per day. In 2009 the dairy plant was approved for free trade of dairy and delicacy products within the EU and third countries with a veterinary registration number BG1712009ЕО. Due to the increasing interest to dairy plant’s products, a new expansion of the production building is on its way.As in every modern factory, efforts are put for guaranteeing the quality and hygiene of the produced goods. For that purpose, DPP, system for self-control based on danger analysis and critical points control – НАССР, are implemented. There are knowledgeable specialists working in the company. Their expertise and work, the modern production lines, the new equipment by well-known producers, and the continuous inspection of manufacturing processes guarantee the exquisite taste qualities of the products. Every consignment of every product is analyzed before it reaches the trade network. Cow’s milk is transported and supplied by Bulgarian and EU companies which are categorized and which match all EU requirements.
Milk’s quality is controlled by means of modern measuring equipment in the dairy plant’s modernized laboratory. Qualified technologists, laboratory workers and craftsmen work in the company. ET “Georgi Petrov-Kamen” utilizes own refrigerated transportation vehicles which guarantee on-time deliveries of the products across the trade network.
